How fees actually work.

No hidden costs. Here's exactly what you pay when a customer buys from you.

Platform fee

5% or 2%

Charged by Raceef on each sale. 5% on the Free plan, 2% on Pro. Cash on Delivery has the same platform fee.

Card processing

2.9% + ~3 MAD

Charged by Stripe on card payments only — no markup from us. Cash on Delivery has zero processing fees.

Monthly plan

0 / 200 MAD

Free forever, or 200 MAD/month for Pro. That's it. No app subscriptions, no module fees, no per-feature charges.

Example. A customer books a 480 MAD highlights appointment with your salon, paying by card.

On the Pro plan: 480 MAD × 2% platform = 9.60 MAD to Raceef. 480 MAD × 2.9% + ~3 MAD = ~17 MAD to Stripe. You receive: ~453 MAD. That's it.

Pricing questions.

Yes. Up to 10 products or services, all features, no time limit. You only upgrade to Pro when you outgrow 10 listings or want lower transaction fees and a custom domain.

Automatically, when a sale completes. For card payments, the fee is deducted before payout to your bank. For Cash on Delivery, the fee is collected from your next card-payment payout or invoiced monthly — your choice.

Anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you drop back to the Free plan automatically. No questions, no retention emails.

Yes — you get full Pro features for 30 days when you upgrade for the first time. No credit card required to start. We'll remind you before the trial ends.

Annual billing saves 17% (~400 MAD/year). If you're part of an entrepreneurship or accelerator program, contact us at support@raceef.com for partner pricing.

MAD, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, and most other currencies. You set your shop's primary currency; international buyers see live conversion at checkout.

Card payments worldwide via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash on Delivery for supported regions. We're adding local payment methods in 2026.

Stay on the Free plan. With 5% platform fee, you only pay us when you make a sale — there's no minimum. You can list up to 10 products and run a real business on Free indefinitely.

No. Product images, shop banners, and customer photos are included on every plan — no storage tier, no bandwidth caps.

There's no app marketplace on Raceef — everything that competitors charge as "apps" is included natively. No monthly add-ons, no third-party developer fees.
